- Each market is treated individually and has its own management and maintenance crew in attendance throughout the trading day.
- Our managers are backed up by excellent Head Office services with the expertise and training to deal with the situation on site.
- As operators we take away the headaches of day to day operations from the owner, but without them losing overall control of the market.
- We have recently become greener too! All cardboard is recycled and we are intending to offer reusable bags. We are continuing to commit to reducing our carbon footprint with other ideas in the pipeline.

Have Customer Confidence
We ensure that all our traders and producers are reliable and professional and will offer good customer service; just as much as the High Street retailer and Chain stores. The vast majority are long standing traders who can be found in the same location weekly. We have a National Market Shoppers' Charter that all traders are requested to promote. We even encourage shoppers to call us if, on a rare occasion, a trader has not offered a satisfactory solution to any queries a customer has. Although in confidence and in accordance with the data protection act, we obviously keep all details of our traders, producers and exhibitors.
